acceptable but some issues exists

the front desk was helpful when we ask to keep our bags after checkout.
the room was a bummer, and the cleanliness was not good. i saw heavily stained carpet and walls. the room wasnt really soundproof, so i could hear everything from other rooms. breakfast was just average, with not much choice, i expected something better.

The staff were very helpful with directions. Breakfast had a varied selection. The location was great. It was easy to walk to many attractions. A metro station near the hotel made travel simple, and i used it often.
The walls felt a bit thin, so i heard some noise from adjacent rooms. This was only occasional, but it did disrupt my sleep once.

The room featured artistic touches and efficient space management. A firm bed was present, it provided good support. The room offered sufficient space for one or two people and was always tidy.

The room was a bit of a letdown, to be honest. the decor felt dated. It was a far cry from the 'design hotel' they claim to be. also, the noise was an issue. I could hear everything from the street and other rooms.
